Sixth Coffee is operated by Christoph Schmatzler, trading as Leuchtturm Software, Bornhövedstr. 17, 23554 Lübeck, Germany. You can contact us at christoph@schmatzler.com.

Sixth Coffee lets account holders record coffee beans, inventory, brews, equipment, custom fields, dial-in sessions, and generated suggestions. Records are stored and synchronized through our hosted service.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the coffee records and notes you enter. You grant us only the rights needed to store, synchronize, back up, process, and return those records as part of the service.

You must not use Sixth Coffee to:

Dial-in suggestions are generated from the brewing information you provide. They are informational, may be inaccurate, and do not replace your own judgment or safe equipment operation.

AI suggestion usage billing is processed by Polar. Each monthly billing cycle includes ten suggestion credits, with additional suggestions billed at the usage price shown before checkout and in the customer portal. There is no fixed monthly fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; usage remains available and billable until then. Completed usage is not retroactively refunded unless required by law.

We may change or discontinue features, suspend harmful use, or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. You may stop using Sixth Coffee at any time and request account deletion.

To the extent permitted by law, Sixth Coffee is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
